「論曰至無色三界」者，此釋初兩句。部是眾義。故《婆沙》云「問：此中部言欲顯何義？答：欲顯眾義。」餘文可知。
On “The treatise says [...] the three realms: formlessness”: This explains the first two lines. “Category” (nikāya/varga) means “multitude” (saṃgha). Hence the Vibhāṣā states: “Question: What meaning is the word ‘category’ here intended to reveal? Answer: It is intended to reveal the meaning of a multitude.” The rest of the text is clear.
