19.59

「智所害至智所斷故」者，釋第四句。智所害諸隨眠，一切九地攝，唯修所斷。以諸聖者及諸異生，如其所應，聖者由數習無漏世俗智所斷故，異生由數習世俗智所斷故。

"What is destroyed by cognition... because they are abandoned by cognition" explains the fourth line. The anuśayas destroyed by cognition, subsumed under all nine stages, are solely abandoned by cultivation. This is because for both noble ones and worldlings, as appropriate, for noble ones they are abandoned through repeated practice of uncontaminated and conventional cognition, and for worldlings they are abandoned through repeated practice of conventional cognition.
