「迦濕彌羅至說不相觸」者，答。就答中，一敘異說、二述其長、三斥其短。就異說中總有四說，此下初師。

"The Kaśmīra [Vaibhāṣikas] ... say they do not touch": the reply. Within this reply, first divergent views are recounted, second their merits are described, and third their shortcomings are critiqued. Within the divergent views there are four in total; below is the first master.
