「有說不能至故名無記」者，敘異說。言無記者，不能記異熟果，故名無記。

On the passage that begins, "Some say: because it cannot… hence it is called neutral": this recounts a different opinion. It says that "neutral" means that it cannot declare (na vyākaroti) a fruit of maturation, hence it is called neutral.
