「其餘十界通善等三」者，此即明餘十界。就中，一總摽、二別釋。此即總摽。

On the passage, "The remaining ten realms are common to the three, wholesome, etc.": this clarifies the remaining ten realms. Within this, first it gives a general designation, and second a detailed explanation. This is the general designation.
