「由此教理至二世實有」者，結。由前二教及後二理，毘婆沙師立去、來有。
Regarding "Due to this scriptural authority and reasoning ... the two periods are substantially existent": this is the conclusion. Based on the previous two scriptural authorities and the latter two reasonings, the Vaibhāṣikas establish that past and future exist.
