「准此方隅餘應思擇」者，此即勸思。准此樂根，所餘諸法皆應思擇。應知此中隨增有二，或於相應、或於所緣，隨其所應皆名隨增。

"Following this principle, the rest should be reflected upon": this urges reflection. Following this example of the faculty of pleasure, all remaining phenomena should be reflected upon. It should be understood that here 'increase' is twofold: either through association or through the cognitive object; according to what is applicable, both are termed 'increase'.
