「已辨結至謂一切癡」者，此即第二明三縛。以能繫縛，故立縛名。縛體不同，有其三種。
Regarding 'Having analyzed the fetters... meaning all ignorance', this is the second [section], explaining the three bonds. Because they can bind, they are given the name 'bond'. The essences of the bonds differ; there are three kinds.
