「謂光明相」者，答。起光明想，心即發悟，惛、眠不生，非益彼故，名為非食。
"It refers to the perception of light": this is the answer. When the perception of light is generated, the mind is immediately awakened, and styāna and drowsiness do not arise; because it does not nourish them, it is called non-nutriment.
