22.104

「經就勝故至亦是集諦」者，說一切有部通經。經就勝故說愛為集，理實所餘一切有漏亦是集諦。言愛勝者，潤生等勝。

Regarding "Because the sūtra refers to what is preeminent ... are also the truth of the origin": The Sarvāstivāda reconciles the sūtra. Because the sūtra refers to what is preeminent, it states that craving is the origin; in truth, all remaining sāsrava phenomena are also the truth of the origin. In stating that craving is preeminent, it is preeminent in moistening rebirth and the like.
