「理實應言至為諦非樂」者，論主述說一切有部正釋。理實應言：聖者觀察諸三有及三有中樂，體皆是苦，以就行苦同一味故，由此立苦為諦非樂。

Regarding "In truth it should be said... is the truth and not pleasure": the author of the treatise states the correct explanation of the Sarvāstivāda. In truth it should be said: The noble ones observe all three realms of existence and the pleasures within the three realms of existence as entirely suffering in essence, because in terms of the suffering of conditioned existence they are of one identical flavor; based on this, suffering is established as the truth, and not pleasure.
