「已辨所生至二捨性非得」者，此即第二諸門分別。初一句標總名，第二句修所成，第三句所依地，第四句所依身。第五、第六句二依得，第七、第八、第九句聖凡捨，第十句得久近，第十一句非重得，第十二句捨體性。

Regarding 'Having distinguished what they produce... the two abandonments, the nature of non-acquisition': this is the second section, distinction through various gates. The first pāda designates the general name; the second pāda, attainment through cultivation; the third pāda, the ground of reliance; the fourth pāda, the body of reliance. The fifth and sixth pādas, attainment relying on two; the seventh, eighth, and ninth pādas, abandonment by noble ones and ordinary persons; the tenth pāda, length of time of attainment; the eleventh pāda, not attaining anew; the twelfth pāda, the nature of abandonment.
