"Due to swift movement and so forth [...] it resembles the worldly wheel" is the answer. As Nyāyānusāra 67 says: "Just as the wheel of a noble king acts and functions with great swiftness, so too is the path of seeing, because each is a single thought-moment. Just as the wheel of a noble king takes what is in front and relinquishes what is behind, so too is the path of seeing, because it relinquishes the objective realm of suffering and the like, and takes up that of origination and the like. This demonstrates that viewing the four noble truths definitely does not occur simultaneously. Just as the wheel of a noble king subdues the unsubdued and keeps suppressed what is already subdued, so too is the path of seeing, because it can see what has not been seen and abandon what has not been abandoned, and for what has already been seen and abandoned there is no delusion or regression. Just as the wheel of a noble king turns upward and downward, so too is the path of seeing, because after contemplating the higher suffering and the like, it contemplates the lower suffering and the like. For this reason, the path of seeing alone is named the wheel of the Dharma.
