「若爾何故至有往無還故」者，此即第三明七善士趣。問：若行色界有九種不還，何故經中佛唯說有七善士趣？問及頌答。

Regarding [the text from] “If so, why [...]” to “[...] because there is proceeding without returning,” this is the third [section], explaining the seven destinies of virtuous persons. Question: If those who go to the form realm consist of nine kinds of non-returners, why did the Buddha state in the sūtra only seven destinies of virtuous persons?
