「若爾是何」者，問。「有餘師說至名解脫蘊」者，經部答。有餘經部師說：由真智力遣貪、瞋、癡，即心遠離煩惱垢義，名解脫蘊。

Regarding "If so, what is it?": this is a question. Regarding "Other masters say [...] is called the liberation skandha": this is the Sautrāntika's answer. Other Sautrāntika masters say: through the power of true cognition, desire, anger, and delusion are dispelled; it is precisely the meaning of the mind being far removed from the defilements of affliction that is called the liberation skandha.
