「以見所斷至必無退理」者，說一切有部答。以見所斷，依無事故，必無退理。

Regarding 'Because what is abandoned by seeing… there is definitely no principle of falling away': this is the Sarvāstivāda's answer. Because what is abandoned by seeing is based on the absence of real entities, there is definitely no principle of falling away.
