「雖皆如是至依有事惑」者，釋有事、無事差別不同。作者，謂能造作世間。受者，謂能受用世間。於此造作、受用之中得自在故。於可愛境起貪染着、於不可愛境起瞋憎背，於劣、等、勝境起慢高舉，於事不了故起無明。餘文可了。

Regarding 'Although all are like this… defilements based on real entities': this explains the distinctions between having real entities and lacking real entities. 'Agent' refers to being able to construct the world. 'Experiencer' refers to being able to enjoy and use the world. This is because one obtains mastery within this constructing and experiencing. Toward pleasing objects, greed and attachment arise; toward unpleasing objects, anger, hatred, and aversion arise; toward inferior, equal, and superior objects, conceit and self-exaltation arise; toward real entities, due to lack of comprehension, ignorance arises. The remainder of the text is easy to understand.
