「如前所說至有差別不」者，此下第五明六種種姓。就中，一明六阿羅漢；二明六姓先後；三明從姓、果退；四明學、凡種姓；五明三退不同；六明退果時相；七明練根不同；八明無學九人。此即第一明六阿羅漢。牒前問起。

Regarding "As explained before ... is there a distinction?": below this, the fifth [topic] clarifies the six lineages. Within this: first, clarifying the six arhats; second, clarifying the sequence of the six lineages; third, clarifying falling away from lineage and from fruit; fourth, clarifying the lineages of learners and ordinary beings; fifth, clarifying the differences among the three kinds of falling away; sixth, clarifying the marks of the time of falling away from the fruit; seventh, clarifying differences in training the faculties; eighth, clarifying the nine non-learners. This is the first: clarifying the six arhats. It takes up what came before to introduce the question.
