25.47

「謂有應果至名不時解脫」者，經部答。謂有應果根性鈍故、要待時故，諸有漏定方現在前，名時解脫，非言時解脫是應果性。若與彼相違，名為不時解脫應果，准釋可知。

"That is to say, there are arhats […] is named non-temporary liberation": this is the answer of the Sautrāntika. That is to say, because there are arhats whose faculties are dull and must await the time, the contaminated absorptions only then present themselves; hence they are named 'temporary liberation'—it does not mean that temporary liberation is the nature of the fruit of the arhat. If it is contrary to that, it is named an arhat of non-temporary liberation, which can be understood according to the explanation.
