25.67

「又住果位至雖蹶不仆」者，釋下兩句，如文可知。又《正理》七十云「又誰有退？誰無退耶？修不淨觀入聖道者容有退失，修持息念入聖道者必無退失。尊重止、觀無貪、癡增，如次應知有退、無退。

"Furthermore, abiding in the fruit... though stumbling, does not collapse" explains the lower two lines, as is clear from the text. Furthermore, Nyāyānusāra fascicle 70 states: "Furthermore, who falls away? Who does not fall away? One who enters the noble path through the contemplation of impurity may fall away; one who enters the noble path through mindfulness of breathing definitely does not fall away. Respecting calming (śamatha) and insight (vipaśyanā), and having non-attachment and non-delusion predominant, should be known respectively as having falling away and having no falling away."
