26.17

「緣苦集同緣滅道異」者，答。金剛喻定，若緣非想苦、集即同；若緣九地滅、道即異，以緣三界滅、道皆能斷彼惑故。

"In taking suffering and origination as objects it is the same; in taking cessation and path as objects it differs": this is the answer. As for the diamond-like samādhi, if it takes the suffering and origination of neither-conceptualization-nor-non-conceptualization as its object, it is the same; if it takes the cessation and path of the nine grounds as its object, it differs, because by taking the cessation and path of the three realms as objects, it is in all cases capable of severing those afflictions.
