「如上所言至治上欲耶」者，此即第四明法、類兼治。牒前問起。如上所言，法智全能對治欲法，類智全能對治上法，為有少分法智治上界耶？為有少分類智治欲界耶？

As for the passage from "As stated above..." to "...does it counteract the higher and the desire [realms]?": this is the fourth section, clarifying how the knowledge of phenomena and the subsequent knowledge counteract each other's realms in addition. It refers to the previous statement to raise a question: As stated above, knowledge of phenomena can completely counteract phenomena of the desire realm, and subsequent knowledge can completely counteract phenomena of the higher realms; is there any fraction of knowledge of phenomena that counteracts the higher realms? Is there any fraction of subsequent knowledge that counteracts the desire realm?
