26.57

「不靜靜心應知亦爾」者，第八對不靜心、靜心，准掉、不掉釋。又《婆沙》云「不靜心者，謂染污心，不寂靜相應故，一切煩惱皆不寂靜性。靜心者謂善心，寂靜相應故，一切善法皆寂靜性。」

Regarding "Unquiet and quiet minds should also be known to be like this": this is the eighth pair, unquiet mind and quiet mind, which should be explained according to restless and non-restless. Furthermore, the Mahāvibhāṣā says: "The unquiet mind refers to the defiled mind, because it is associated with non-tranquillity; all defilements are by nature non-tranquil. The quiet mind refers to the wholesome mind, because it is associated with tranquillity; all wholesome dharmas are by nature tranquil."
