「二者勝解至便能速至」者，由勝解力，極遠速至。又《正理》七十六云「本無來去，何謂速行？此實不行，但由近解行極速故，得勝解名。或世尊言：靜慮境界不思議故，唯佛能了。」

On "The second is resolute resolve ... one is able to arrive quickly": through the power of resolute resolve (adhimokṣa), one quickly reaches an extremely distant place. Furthermore, Nyāyānusāra 76 states: "Originally there is no coming and going; what is meant by 'swift locomotion'? In reality this is not locomotion; it is solely because through the resolve of proximity the movement is extremely swift that it receives the name 'resolute resolve'. Alternatively, the World-Honoured One said: because the domain of dhyāna is inconceivable, only a Buddha can comprehend it."
