「能隨所應至天眼見無遺」者，釋下一句。天眼、天耳依四靜慮，能隨所應取自、下地被障隔等諸方色、聲。引證可知。

"They can, in accordance with what is appropriate [...] up to the divine eye sees without omission": This explains the next line. The divine eye and divine ear rely on the four dhyānas, and can, in accordance with what is appropriate, apprehend visible forms and sounds of their own and lower stages that are obstructed and separated in all directions. The cited evidence is understandable.
