「論曰至非皆具有」者，此即總標。如上所說諸淨、無漏靜慮支，染靜慮中非皆具有。
"The commentary says [...] are not all completely possessed": this is the general statement. The factors of pure and anāsrava dhyānas explained above are not all completely possessed in defiled dhyānas.
