「契經復說至離上七近分」者，此即第三明重空等三。依經起問，及與頌答。重謂二也。
"The discourses also speak of […] apart from the upper seven preliminary stages" is the third part, explaining the three of double emptiness, etc. It raises the question based on the sūtra and answers with the verse. 'Double' means twice.
