28.20

「不爾唯勝至亦得日名」者，答。不爾，唯勝方立此名。如世間言發光名日，非螢、燭等發於劣光亦得日名。

"Not so; only the superior… also obtains the name of sun": the answer. Not so; only the superior receives this name. Just as in worldly usage, that which emits light is called the sun, but fireflies, candles, and the like, emitting inferior light, do not also obtain the name of sun.
