「計我成倒至何煩會釋」者，犢子部答。計我成倒，說於非我橫計為我，不言於我計我，何煩會釋？
"Conceiving a self becomes an inversion... what need is there to reconcile them?": the Vātsīputrīyas reply. Conceiving a self constitutes an inversion in that it is spoken of as falsely positing a self in what is not-self; it does not say that one conceives a self in a self.
