「第二定中至所動亂故」者，答。第二定中無眼識所引顯色貪故，故第三靜慮不立解脫。又自地妙樂所動亂故。

"In the second concentration... because it is agitated by [sublime bliss]": this is the answer. Because in the second concentration there is no craving for visible color induced by visual consciousness, no deliverance is established in the third dhyāna. Furthermore, it is agitated by the sublime bliss of its own stage.
