「別有事物至如乳酪等」者，論主答。如色聲等是實有相。如乳、酪等是假有相，多法成故。

[On the lemma]: "A distinct entity … like milk, curd, and so forth."
The author of the treatise answers: [Existing as] form, sound, and so forth are the characteristics of existing as real. [Existing as] milk, curd, and so forth are the characteristics of existing as conceptual, because they are constituted by multiple dharmas.
