「非我所立至立補特伽羅」者，此下第二約依徵破。先述犢子部宗。非我所立補特伽羅如仁所徵實有假有，但可依內，簡外山等。現在，簡過、未。有執受，簡內身中不淨等物。無執受者，依此諸蘊立補特伽羅。

[On the lemma]: "What is established by me is not … we establish the pudgala."
Below is the second part, refuting by questioning [what it] depends on. First, he states the Vātsīputrīya school's doctrine: The pudgala established by me is not [categorized] as real or conceptual as you demand. It can only depend on internal [skandhas], excluding external mountains and so forth; on the present, excluding the past and future; on what is appropriated (upātta), excluding impure things and so forth within the internal body that are not appropriated—depending on these skandhas, we establish the pudgala.
