「當言成就至餘未得故」者，答。未得第三定時，當言成就第三靜慮染污樂根，餘善、無覆無記未得故。

"It should be said that one possesses... because the rest have not yet been attained": this is the answer. When one has not yet attained the third dhyāna, it should be said that one possesses the defiled faculty of pleasure of the third dhyāna, because the remaining wholesome and non-defined neutral [kinds] have not yet been attained.
