「意樂喜捨至立具知根」者，釋後兩句。三無漏根，九根為體。三道建立，如文可知。
Regarding "Mind, pleasure, joy, equanimity […] are established as the faculty of one who has fully known": this explains the last two lines [of the verse]. The three untainted faculties take nine faculties as their substance. Their establishment across the three paths can be understood from the text.
