「答此如前至漸變異故」者，勝論答。以內例外，答此妨難。如前論主論修力道理，我許行非常，漸變異故。所以從強者，果不恒生。

"The answer to this is as before [...] because it gradually transforms": the Vaiśeṣika answers. By using internal examples to illustrate the external, they answer this difficulty. As the master of the treatise previously discussed the principle of the power of cultivation, I accept that mental formations are impermanent and gradually transform. This is why from the strong, its fruit does not constantly arise.
