30.13

「佛已遮故至故佛已遮」者，此下論主破。此即引經破。經說有業有異熟，真實作者不可得故。謂能捨此前蘊及能續餘後蘊，唯除五蘊相續法假說名為我。故佛已遮蘊外實我。

"Because the Buddha has already excluded it... therefore the Buddha has already excluded it": below, the author of the treatise refutes it. Here he cites a sūtra to refute it. The sūtra states that there is action and there is maturation, but a real agent cannot be found; that is, one who can relinquish these prior skandhas and continue other subsequent skandhas, except for the continuous dharmas of the five skandhas which are nominally designated as a self. Therefore, the Buddha has already excluded a real self outside the skandhas.
