「謂內六處至說為後依」者，論主答。謂內六處隨其所起苦、樂二種，說內六處為彼苦、樂所依。

"They refer to the six internal sense bases [...] is said to be the support of the latter": this is the master of the treatise answering. It refers to the six internal sense bases: according to how the two kinds, pleasure and pain, arise, the six internal sense bases are said to be the support for that pleasure and pain.
