「彼非受等至如前已說」者，論主答。彼外非情，非受、想等所依止故，唯內六是彼受等所依止故。我非彼受等之所依止，如前已說。

Regarding "Those non-sentient things are not … as explained before": the author of the treatise answers. Because those external non-sentient things are not what feeling, ideation, and the like rely upon; only the internal six [bases] are what those feelings and the like rely upon. The self is not what those feelings and the like rely upon, as has been explained before.
