「於此義中至爾時永滅故」者，因解感異熟業，以異熟因對同類因引果差別。如文可知。

Regarding "In this meaning … because it is then permanently extinguished": through explaining the karma that induces maturation (vipāka), it uses the distinction between cause of maturation (vipāka-hetu) and homogeneous cause (sabhāga-hetu) in producing fruit. As the text shows, it can be understood.
