「於不善見至或戒禁取」者，此下第三明五品中餘煩惱等相應。即明不善三見二十俱生。

"In unwholesome view [...] or clinging to precepts and vows": below this is the third [section], explaining the association of the remaining defilements and so forth among the five categories. That is, it explains that twenty [factors] co-arise with the three unwholesome views.
