「慚愧差別至說名為愧」者，便釋慚、愧翻上二釋，應知。前說慚、愧，無慚、無愧如後當辨。指此文也。

Regarding the passage from "The distinction between shame and conscience" up to "is called conscience": In this way shame (hrī) and conscience (apatrāpya) are explained as the reversals of the above two explanations, and one should understand it accordingly. When it was said earlier that shame and conscience, and lack of shame and lack of conscience, would be distinguished later, it was pointing to this text.
