「如何風中知有顯色」者，此下第二釋造色難。就中，一問、二答，此即問也。既言外聚必具八微，風中如何知有顯色？

Regarding "How is it known that in wind there is visible form?": below is the second part, explaining the difficulty concerning derived form. Within this, first is the question, second is the answer; this is the question. Since it is said that an external aggregation must possess eight subtle atoms, how is it known that in wind there is visible form?
