「諸有得者至故不別釋」者，以理而言，諸有得者亦有非得，義準可知。故於前文但解二滅得，不別釋二滅非得。

Regarding 'For all that have acquisition... therefore not separately explained': logically speaking, all that have acquisition also have non-acquisition; this can be known by parity of reasoning. Therefore, the preceding text only explains the acquisition of the two cessations, and does not separately explain the non-acquisition of the two cessations.
