「除眼耳通至及俱起得」者，釋。即解第二句，謂二通慧及能化心俱生四蘊，一勢力強故、二加行差別所成辨故，雖是無記而有前、後及俱起得。

"Excepting the eye and ear superknowledges [up to] and simultaneous acquisition" is the explanation. That is, it explains the second line [of the verse]. This means that the four aggregates co-arising with the wisdoms of the two superknowledges and with the mind capable of magical creation, first, because their force is strong, and second, because they are accomplished through specific preparatory application, have prior, posterior, and simultaneous acquisition, even though they are indeterminate.
