「論曰至非皆頓起」者，就長行中，初釋頌、後決擇，此即釋頌。雖有生相，要藉因緣，故非頓起。

Regarding "The commentary says: ... they do not all initiate at once": In the prose, first the verse is explained, and later decisions are made; this explains the verse. Although there is a characteristic of arising, it must rely on causes and conditions; therefore, they do not all initiate at once.
