「無想命根如前已辨」者，無想唯色界，命通三界。此二竝唯有情，唯異熟、唯無記，如前已辨。

"Non-conception and the life-faculty have already been explained above:" non-conception is only in the form realm; the life-faculty extends through the three realms. Both are only for sentient beings, only maturation, and only neutral, as has already been explained above.
