「頌曰至非聖得一世」者，別答。初一句明體。後靜慮明依地，求脫明作意，善明性攝，唯順生受明招果，非聖明修人，得一世明成就。

"The verse states: ... / Not by noble ones; attained in one period," is the specific answer. The first line clarifies its entity.
