「應言實有至令不生故」者，說一切有部答。應言二定實有，以能遮礙未來心令不生故，明知有實體性。

On [the text reading]: "It should be said that they are substantially existent ... because they cause them not to arise": The Sarvāstivāda answers: It should be said that the two absorptions are substantially existent, because they are able to obstruct future minds from arising; thus it is clear that they have substantial entityness.
