「俱有相應至必俱時故」者，釋第二句。相應、俱有，與果亦現，此二取、與必俱時故。

Regarding 'The co-existent and the associated [...] must be simultaneous': Explaining the second line. The associated and the co-existent also give their fruits in the present, because the taking and giving of these two must be simultaneous.
