Regarding '[The verse says: ... are mind-conforming dharmas]', the upper two lines adduce the substantial identities, and the lower one line concludes with the name. It refers to all mental factors, path discipline, and concentration discipline. Those dharmas refer to those mental factors and the two forms of discipline, as well as the primary characteristics such as arising that exist on the mind. All such are called mind-conforming dharmas because the dharmas and the mind are mutually fruits. Since it says 'arising, etc.' and does not say 'arising of arising, etc.', it thereby shows that the secondary characteristics are not mind-conforming, as explained separately later.
